Do you have a rewards program? How does it work?

We sure do! We’re excited to announce that an incredible NEW rewards program is launching soon! Sweet Points are changing...for the better!

Here's what you need to know about the new Six Box Sweet Points Program:

  • each time you shop in store or online a virtual "box" will be filled in with the date and amount of your purchase
  • after you've filled 6 boxes, your rewards will be unlocked
  • the total of all 6 boxes will be added up and you'll receive rewards equal to 7.5% of your total purchases
  • this means that now *everyone* will be earning what was previously our highest tier of rewards! You no longer have to save up to 1000 points to redeem our biggest reward
  • Log into our website and click on rewards to see how many points you have and how long until redemption
  • Rewards $$$ are eligible to spend on regular priced items only

And the best part?

If you're already in our Rewards, you're starting at 6 boxes, which means you will have $$$ to spend right away! You'll be getting an email from us within the next week with the amount of your rewards to spend, or visit us in store before then and we'll be happy to check. Rewards are available to spend NOW both in store and on our website!

That's not all! More information will be coming in the next couple of weeks about our revamped Birthday program as well as benefits for those who have completed 18 boxes and will now be part of the Sweet Elites rewards.

How do I use my gift card online? 

Do not put your gift card number in the "Discount or gift card code"! This will not work. Please follow the instructions below! :) 

    1. Go to checkout and input your shipping details
    2. Once you're at the next page, click the payment option below e-transfer. It will say "Sweet Boutique Gift Card"
    3. After completing your online transaction, you must text/email a picture of the gift card code to (780)717-6865 or sbsa@shaw.ca. If you do not provide the gift card number by text or email your order may be cancelled. Thank you!

Do you ever restock items?

Not often, it depends on the brand. Some brands we are able to reorder, others not. If the demand is high, we will always try to restock. Contact us if you see a sold out item and we will do our best to help you out!

Does your clothing fit true to size?

 Most pieces do. If the fit is different, we will always add it in the description to give you the best idea of your size while shopping.

I need to return something I bought. What do I do?

I have an issue with an item I received. What do I do?

 Contact us within 3 business days and we can either exchange or return your item. We always want you to love your purchase!

What are your hours?

 We are open 10am-7pm on weekdays, and 10am-5pm on weekends.

Holiday hours are 10am-5pm

Where are you located?

We are located in St. Albert , Alberta. We are a Canadian Company. Our address is 80-200 St. Albert Trail. (Edmonton Surrounding Area) 

Do you carry plus sizes?

Absolutely! Our owner is a plus size woman and our mission since the beginning has been to carry trendy clothes and accessories for all body types. Everyone is welcome here.

What currency will I be charged in? 

You will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAN$)

What is your return policy? 

In Store Purchases; Returns & Exchanges
 30 days for exchange or store credit
14 days for refund. Items must be unworn, in sellable condition with store tags still attached.
 
Online Orders; Returns & Exchanges
If we do not have the item you ordered, your purchase will be refunded immediately. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please call us at 780-569-2444 to see if we can exchange with another size. At this time we cannot offer refunds, but are happy to give you store credit for any returns.

Do you offer local pick-ups for online orders?

Yes we do! During business hours, your order will typically be ready within 2 hours. You will get a notification when it is ready for pickup. Just let one of our retail therapists know when you come in, and we will grab it for you!

What do I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item in my order?

Within 3 days contact us and address your issue. Include a photo of the damage or the incorrect item. We will make sure your correct or new item is in your hands ASAP!

If I place two orders, am I able to combine them?

If you have a pickup item still at the store, we are more than happy to combine your orders. If we are shipping your order, let us know ASAP. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to combine your orders. Though you will receive your second order shortly after the first one.

I have an issue with my order, who do I contact and how long will it take to receive a reply?

 Email us at hello@sweet-boutique.ca. You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram. We check our social medias daily, you will get a response within 24 hours! If you need immediate assistance, call us at 780-569-2444 .

Checkout our social medias! We post on our feed and stories everyday to show you the newest and hottest arrivals. You'll also get sneak peeks of upcoming shipments!
